I have lived here for two yrs now and am moving ASAP. Crime is getting worse here. Kids are always running around unsupervised and Maintenance is 2guys who sit in their truck all day and drive around watching the kids. One of them is very creepy hes the older one. Management is a woman who talks the talk but doesnt walk the walk. Pool is DISGUSTING!!!! Rats have been "fished" out w/ the skimmer and theirs enough chlorine to blind you! Fitness room is a joke!!!! No childrens play area or park around either!!

Typically the people who write these negative comments are those who are simply unhappy in life. If you aren't happy, why did you stay? I happen to know that Fieldstone has a new manager for only the last two weeks. How can someone "talk the talk" and not "walk the walk" if they are that new? Perhaps you should move. I am very happy with the entire staff and my neighbors, who have lived here 15 years, love it also. It is always neat and clean, and I have already seen substantial improvement since the new manager started. How about the next time you notice creepy guys watching kids, you call the police? If it was indeed a problem or strange, that is what I would have done. But fortunately, I have never had any problems.
