I'll try to be objective, but it's hard after living here 4-5 years. The apartment itself is fine- spacious, decent appliances, etc. They have done a lot of new rennovations within the last 2 years (new hall carpet, painting, basement cleanup, etc). But the complex overall is a circus. The front office doesn't seem too concerned over the fact people can be as loud as they want at all hours of the night or if 18-yr-olds and their 20 friends party in the parking lot, waking everyone up. The cops have been here more times than they should've. There may be sections of this complex that aren't as bad, but from what I've experienced, things have gotten worse over the years in regards to the renters allowed in here. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone looking.

if you know anything about michigan state law, Georgian Manor cant pick and choose people according to how loud they are or if they are 18 or 20 year olds, Georgian does the same credit check for everyone and whoever gets accepted moves in. Duh

TO BAD THEY DON'T HAVE A CHECK FOR PEOPLE THERE ARE TOOOOOOOOO MANY ARABS AND THEY ARE NASTY NASTY PEOPLE THEY ARE THE ONES WHO MAKE IT A MESS JUST LIKE THE DUMPSTERS BACK IN THE LOT WHAT A MESS GLAD I DONT LIVE THERE
