I lived in this apartment with my husband for the frist year and a half of are marriage, it was a aweful experience. We would have to call the manager several times before anyone would ever call us back. They turned off our water one morning to repair a broken water tank and didn't tell anyone about it, it was just turned off one morning. and then the old water heater sat in the basement for over a month with water and who knows what else leaking out of it. We could hear our neighbors peeing in our bathroom due to the walls being so thin. Our washer and dryer was leaking one day and they did come out to stop the leaking, which I was very grateful, but they left the washer in the middle of my living room for 7 days. After I had made several calls to the office the maintance man told me he did not know it was in my living room. I think living in this apartment complex was the biggest mistakes my husband and I made. We tell everyone do not move into Georgian Manor. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I wish I read these reviews before I signed a year long lease. I am so mad at myself. It wouldn't be sucha bad place if that girl inthe office wasn't so blond and incompetent. I called a month ago, twice, to ask how to deal with noise complaints...just call the police or would the office be able to send a notice... no reponce... too busy talking about their week-end and taking breaks... I hate this place.
