I've lived here for two years. I won't be renewing my lease because of the noise, but I love the apartment and have always felt comfortable and safe. There's a lot of activity from the neighbors, kids running around, car alarms (not because of break-in, just accidental) horns honking, slamming doors, etc. You can hear everything through the floor, not the walls. But the place has nice appliances, is laid out well and the grounds are maintained. Maintenance might be kind of bad, they never got my in unit washer/dryer working, after looking at it three times, and I called about a squirrel in the ceiling and they said there wasn't one, but I still hear him scurrying around up there, so does my cat. No rodents, place is clean. If my neighbors were a bit more respectful I'd stay in a heartbeat.
