Better than most for the price

I moved into Kings Arms Apartments in November, and I love it! I have the smallest one-bedroom style, but it is still pretty nice. You get storage space in the basement, a coin laundry in the basement, and a balcony. Rent is very cheap, and I can't complain about my neighbors. They're all very nice. The grounds are very well-kept and pretty, too.
It's not ultra-posh like The Heights in Troy, but it is very very nice for what I'm paying for it. They charge $18 a month for covered parking. You pay for your own gas and electric bill, but mine have totalled under $60 a month for both bills (even in December!).
The staff are very nice and go out of their way to help you out. Overall, I would say that this apartment complex is very nice.
