I have lived at Kings Arms Apartments from 2002-present. I moved in here because of the great price, and it's location. The office staff (Danielle, Amanda, & Lorraine) are always courteous, polite, professional, and helpful. Their maintenance staff is the best!! I am always given great service!! I couldn't have asked for better neighbors. I think that the people who are speaking bad about the community are just plain rude or they probably got evicted!!!!

This post makes me laugh....I lived in Kings Arms for a couple years...nice at first...but then the white trash ----- who lives next to the leasing office ruined the whole peacefulness thing. Her and her kids are porch rats - sitting the on the porch with tiki torches drinking til 2 am and making noise. Called the cops 3 times in one night - each time they would feign going indoors and then come right back out when the cops left. Finally, the cops tell them they will be arrested...come to find out, the former complaex manager was amongst the partygoers and when the cops came...she ran inside. The maintenance guys were CLB's - creepy little bastards....the lawn crew hit my hose spigett and broke it - flooding my basement, which had about $20,000 worth of collectible comic books. The lawn crew also ran over my cable wire that comcast just layed on the grass and didn;t bury. ANother serious problems - all the foreigners and immigrant tash that can't read or speak English. Ever see Caldeans swimming in their clothes?? One ass____ was sitting in a chair in the shallow end of the pool smoking a cigarette. Only positive person in the office was Danielle...but I think that was because she was hot and likes to flirt.

Why would you store $20,000 worth of collectible comic books in the basement storage unit? That doesn't seem smart to me; I would keep anything THAT valuable close to me. Also, the lawn crew wouldn't be at fault for that unburied cable wire, that would be Comcast's fault.
