This is the first apartment that I felt was home. The staff is not only helpful, but seems to know the name of every tenant (which means very little turnover!) The groups are kept tidy, with some people planting their own gardens. Apartments are recently renovated with new kitchens, carpets and updated laundry facilities. They were built a few decades ago, but this means that the walls are NOT paper thin, but solid and QUIET! I feel safe, taken care of, and respected as a tenant. Any maintenance issues have been resolved in a timely manner. I really feel that management continues to make an effort to keep these apartments attractive.
