This place needs major updating. They take no pride in updating the complex. Windows are always drafty, maintenance does half a@$ job. They would rather put their money into curb appeal than the units themselves. They will solve your problems if they feel it truly is a problem in their eyes, not the customers.

I agree, this place is a dump, My Daughter was promised new carpet and paint, and a new kitchen. It was all lies. The place is covered in mold, the drawers fall out of the kitchen cabinets,The windows don't close properly, and it wasn't disclosed to her that a convicted pedophile lives three doors down. After three months of waiting for the improvements that were promised she had to move out it was making her baby sick to live there the mold was so bad, it caused breathing problems for her. Now the apartment sits empty and they will not let her out of her lease. She is a single mother living on one small income. Kingsley arms would rather stick my daughter for the money and let that dump sit empty than do the repairs and rent it out. My husband and I are looking into the cost of hiring a lawyer at this point it would be cheaper than her paying 9 months at 400.00.
