Unfair Management and Overpriced Rent

For the price you're paying for a one bedroom, you'd expect a lot more than 2 washer/dryers for 16 apartments in a creepy basement. You can hear EVERYTHING a neighbor is doing. For 12 months I had to deal with hearing my downstairs neighbor's TV 24/7, and no one would take my complaint seriously. They never answer their phones, you always have to leave messages for someone to call you back. The appliances are mostly old and outdated, and with each new tenant they just paint over everything. Seriously, there is hair under the paint of my walls...a lot of it. The grounds and the location are nice, but look around, I'm sure you can find something better and more caring of their residents.
