I have been here since the 80's and I've seen some staff changes but overall I have always been happy. In the past few years the manager has given me many new things in my apartment like her maintenance guys have been here for a while, they really go out of their way to help you. I've read a few of the last reviews and someone said that all the management cares about is curb appeal, I think they care about that and much more including the tennants. I've seen the manager outside planting flowers or picking up the grounds and she always waves at everyone as they are coming home or leaving their apartment. I seen her do it to my neighbors too. Maybe you are just one of those people who cant be happy no matter what someone does for you. Oh, Sometimes I hear my neighbors music or t.v. but not always and I dont think I have ever heard a party. Anyways, I've been here for a happy 20 years, and hopefully I will be here 20 more.
