This apartment is not good for you. They change you little when you move in. However, they change the rate every year heavily. This is not the worst. When you are moving out, they will try all the ways to charge you. I've been living here for 3 years. Actually, I maintain the room pretty well. Today I ask them whether I should clean the carpet before moving out because there are a little bit stain on the carpet. It's been 3 years. The carpet is light color, and it always goes to dark by nature. They asked me to clean the carpet by myself. Fine, I asked them if they can come and take a look if it is good enough after cleaning. The answer is no and she repeated that I should keep the room as what it was before i moved in. Come on, it's impossible to change the carpet back to 3 years ago. I will ask a company to clean my carpet, but they can still charge you big because it's not as same as 3 years ago.
Actually, they are too bad. They just want to charge you extra $$ before you move. Don't let it happen to you. Their 1 year lease is cheap but you will pay for it after you move out.

Do not move into these apartments. my daughter lived there only a short while, she moved out almost a year ago and she received a surprise bill in the mail from them saying that they were turning her in to the collection agency for unpaid rent??? this place is run by scam artist do not get tricked by the promise of low rent. they will keep your security deposit and come up with bogus charges>>> the apartments are filthy and full of mold. they paint over the dirt and hair on the walls.

what is he talking about i need to know i live here and i have been here for three years i am about to move i have two kids so the carpet is not going to look like three years ago.
