I have lived in this complex more than once, the condo's (plumcreek) although that is privately owned, and twice on camelot drive. They do help you when you need it, don't charge extra for cat's and I absolutely loved my 3 bdroom townhome until the raised the rent and I couldn't afford it anymore. I would recommend it though, if you are looking for something in the Utica School dist. for your kids and since it is central (16 & Schoenherr) you can get anywhere you need to go fast because of the location.
