I have been here for a year and I can't wait until my lease is over. The complex seemed nice until you actually move in. I have the worst insane neighbors in the universe. My neighbors and their kid make constant noises all day until 3 a.m. I understand this is apartment living and you are going to hear everything. However I do not like hearing people screaming and fighting each other, or kids screaming and running, bouncing a basketball all day long. 'come on' a kid under the age of 5 should be in the bed at 8p.m. and should never be up at 1 a.m. or so playing around. what kind of idiot parents do they have''' I can never enjoy my days off from work. I can't get no dang on peace. I have complained numerous times to the leasing office and to the C.M.I mgmt and the only answer I get is a damn SORRY!!!! there is nothing we can really do about that. I had to call the police numerous times. And another thing my bathtub is leaking on to the floor and no one came to fix it. Other apartment mgmts would kick tenants out for constantly disturbing people but not CMI! I wouldnt even tell my enemy to move in here,
