Kinda Pricey but Very Nice

I lived in the Kings Gate Apartments for just a couple months, but overall I'd certainly recommend them.
The units are quite large and well kept. I think the single-bedroom units are close to 900 square feet. Much of the kitchen had been refurbished recently and the landlady assured me that many units would be similarly equipped. The kitchen is fabulous.
The rest of the apartment was pretty clean there's a nice deck off the living room that lets in lots of light. Many carpets are nearly new and relatively stain-free. They are all un-furnished.
The staff is very helpful and is usually pretty quick to return calls. The maintenance people do a good job, but it took them several days to address my stove when it had issues.
The facilities are generally quiet and parking is reasonable. A couple times I've had to park well around the corner in order to find space but that's only a problem when it's extremely cold.
It's not cheap but there's nothing wrong with it either. Recommended. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
