Al has always been very nice and helpful. As a bonus he is also a hottie. The apartment is spacious and very well kept. Maintenance does a great job whenever I call, and when it's warm they will take off their shirts while they work in your apartment, which is another big bonus in my opinion. I have been a resident for two years and have nothing bad to say about Kings Gate.
