I have lived here for almost a year, and there isn't enough time to list the problems.
If you don't mind calling everytime you need your lawn mowed, snow shoveled, hallways cleaned, burnt lights replaced. (You know, the things called preventative maintenance). They also allow any size animal to reside here, so if you are lucky enough to live underneath a couple of 200lb. dogs that run all day. Well you are just gonna have to live with it.
Your utility bills equal about what you pay in rent, so plan on working two jobs to pay those.
They have a real sweet deal with the water also. They have one meter per building and split the bill between the tenants! This includes the sprinklers, they water the lawn on your dime. You also pay twice to do your laundry, as you pay $2.25 a load and you pay for the water!
They have no management... since I have been here, they gave the manger position to a former maintenance man.
I don't have to tell you how that works.
I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone.

I agree that place was the worst to live in! ------ management, I had a water leak in my apartment a month before I had to move out and it destroyed everything and they of course did nothing about it. I have to say ---- YOU KINGSGATE!

DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT HORRIBLY! The apt. manager is a ---- ---- that has to be in control of everything, she will pry into your personal business to find out what she wants! They have a background check to move here yet there are MULTIPLE SEX OFFENDERS RESIDING HERE!
