Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
I lived at Kings Gate for a good amount of time. I saw it go downhill a lot as the years went by. When I first moved there the office staff and maintenance was competent and friendly. By the time I left, the maintenance was not too bad but the office staff sucked! Talk about incompetence!!!

I would not move back there again!!
