when we moved in, the manager seemed very nice. that changed, fast. we had several windows that were fogged,cracked, and in general disrepair, also our bathroom sink was gray, not white but gray, the faucet was worn out and the door bell gave one note , after arguing with the manager several times, and several months, we got now windows[after we lived there for 7 months] the faucet and sink were never replaced, when a new manager came in the old one became maintence[that should say alot] on one such occasion at 5:oo in the morning, i left for work, instead i slid down the sidewalk because our guters were never cleaned out and the security light[yeah right] was out. it was out since we moved in [and reported several times]. thew office had it fixed with in a week[ it took two maintence men to fix it, where's the logic there] they started to leave buckets of salt in our hall way, when it was used up, we called for more, on one such occasion, it took 3 phone calls and when it was done, we got a nasty message on our door from maintence[it was'nt written on a peice of paper, just on our wooden door], the manager [whom seems a little racist , and yes we are white] said her staff could'nt have done it. after that we were treated so badly and rude we were forced to move,the last thing to mention is we had a black mark in the kitchen floor[which was brand new]it looked to be some form of mold and when it was reported we were told we did;nt know what we were talking about, the place may look nice, and it may have some wonderful reveiws[ writen by managment no doubt] but stay away, you can't afford the utilitys, and the services are horible

WOW! A GREAT POST BY SOMEONE ELSE WHO WAS TREATED HARSHLY BY THE BLACK MANAGEMENT BECUASE THEY WERE WHITE AND DISAGREED WITH HER! WOW!
