Since you do not know all of the ---- my wife and I have had to put up with for the past year...there is no way you can even respond...or pretend to be an atorney...or even a maintenance person here!
The maintenance people that I have encountered have been absolutley fantastic to both my wife and I.
We'll just be glad when our lease is up in October so we can get the hell out of here!
This is the worst place we have ever had to call home.
And, yes...I have my information correct about this being the complex with the most police calls in Sterling Heights over the past full twelve month period.
On one hand...it is nice to know of their quick respond time and there is a nice police presence in the city.
We love the area - but, this place is the pits! Yep, Kings Gate should be turned into a half-way house for the criminal element being re-released into society...Lord knows there have been a bunch that have lived here over the past 12-15 months.
Why don't you tell us exactly what type of criminal background checks the company does on prospective tenants'!!!
I was able to find out more information through my own computer and a service I belong to - PLUS - a person in the Sterling Heights Police Department confirmed my findings and also added that I should "watch my back" as the person in question was considered extremely dangerous and we had to get a Personal Protection Order against him.
Why don't you get your facts straight!
I have kept a daily diary along with hundreds of photos to back up everything I have endurred due to the gross negligence of The Sterling Group and/or Kings Gate Apartments

Again I encourage you to actually read. I did not respond or pretend to be an attorney, I stated I work at a large law firm in the area hugh difference. Apparently you are unaware that not just attorney's work for law firms. Hummmm. This will be my last response to you as apparently you are just very angry and unhappy with your living conditions. If you have all of this so called documented proof, why not legally break your lease and leave? I'm sure they would be happy to assist you so that you would be more comfortable in another complex. Anyway, good luck in your endeavors and your move. But really there are options for renters for breaking a lease if the living conditions are less than perfect and you feel so endangered especially if you have so much proof. I'm surprised your attorney did not advise you of this?

hey butt_missilejr, you must be crazy!!!!!!! for 900 a month you can get a better place that allows all those pet and has a great landscape. but then again you might just work for the company also, but who knows. I would never let my family live like that. you must not care to much for your family to be living there. why dont you just get a brain and look at other places with better residents and better management.
