WOW!! Sir I'm not sure who you are but I too totally disagree with your comments. I also am caucasion and have never been treated poorly by the acting manager or the staff! I have lived in the complex for two years and have never experienced bugs, mold, rats or problems with getting items repaired nor have I seen garbage dumpsters with rats or without lids! I agree with Lighthousecrazy, if you have all of this documentation you should seek to break the lease with no penalities to you and move elsewhere. Hopefully you and your wife will find a secluded area where there are no people with questionable pasts living. Since you seem to use a different alias name everytime you sign in I to will use one. But I'm almost sure of who you are. This is a wonderful place to live and I feel very safe here.

Yes! I think this a beautiful place and I just wished we could have continued the BALLROOM DANCING! But, based on the type of people that live here you might have had more success holding a "rap/gangsta" talent search! YEAH! I love Kings Gate!

Meet me down by the pool at midnight as me and Fred Sanford are going to howl at the moon and slam down a couple bottles of ripple! Aunt Esther showed us that if we mixed a little cream with our ripple...it causes a quick "cripple" - LMAO! She downs a fifth during the news at noon and sleeps till Oprah comes on! We love it here at Kings Gate! We just wish they would hire someone to mow and edge and trim because if the rest of the place was as manicured as the office and pool area...it would be nice - but, our building looks like $HIT!

all you guys must like living in the goto. well just stay there and don't move to a better complex. let's keep you type of people in one place. ha! ha! you all belong with each other and us normal people will live in a better place and not the goto of sterling heights.
