Problmes:

1- Very Very close to highway 53. actually the apartment complex east border is the highway. So you will always hear vehicles, semi trucks, motorcycles DAY and NIGHT. In summer time, it is even worse since you need to open the windows. you still hear noise even with windows closed because insulation is very cheap.

2- You will hear your neighbors that are above you, under you, behind you... you get the idea, even if a neighbor farts, sneeze, cough, you will hear it. of course you will hear all the sex sounds too. Man that girl was getting laid a lot, I couldn't sleep at night. So if you have young kids, you might need to explain to them why is your neighbor woman is screaming and crying almost daily.

3- insulation is bad, so in winter it is very cold. also this has effect on point 2.
4- Air conditioning unit is sooo lame. The apartment has central heating/cooling, but those ACs do not cool at all it is more like a fan. I kept it running all day and night and temperature never went under 75F. So I am wasting electricity for a lousy AC, you are better off open the windows, but remember point 1.

5- Apartment manager is horrible. Their policy is to suck every dollar from the tenants ruthlessly. Sure they may look nice before you sign the lease, BE WARE, once you sign, that's it, you are stuck with them and they don't need to be nice any more. Their job is to smile and look caring till you sign the lease, once you sign it, it is game over for you. Remember my words.

6- Remember that you have to pay water bill, and trash bill, and sewage bill too. and there is no utilities included. I found other cheaper and better apartments that paid heating but it was too late since I got stuck with the lease. so keep this in mind when you compare prices with other apartments.

7- Insects are plenty in the apartments. A LOT of spiders and House Centipedes. They come from the dirty air ducts. be careful for your kids in case one of those bit them.

I am really not exaggerating those points at all. I can't wait to leave this apartment complex.
