Ok place, inexpensive, but you get what you pay for...

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
I have lived here for a few years now. The place isn't bad, but is older and has some in the past with hot water (now fixed). The staff are friend and available. The laundry facilities are limited. The grounds are usually pretty good. My biggest grip is that it isn't near express ways, but is close to a lot of shoping
