Not So Good Anymore

I have lived here for approximately 8 months.
The environment is really getting bad.
The noise and commotion caused by the the dozen kids hanging around the entry ways, the once nice lawn turned into the nightly soccer field, and now the attack on a police officer by a tenant (http://www.freep.com/news/latestnews/pm11062_20020924.htm), is about all I am going to take.
Kingsley property management has made attempts to control the kids by distributing flyers on doors and hallways reminding parents to control their children, but most flyers can be seen crumpled up and thrown in the yards.
If you are considering renting here, I suggest you personally visit between 3pm and 10pm any night of the week, and draw you own conclusion.
