I stayed there year and a half. It's a nice place to live, but they control the water and sewer bill. You have to pay for the water and sewer. They don't have independent meter for each apartment. They use one meter and distribute the total amount according to what they think. First, they will say it will come around 15 or 20 dollars, but they
never do. Sometime they will charge unexpected amount. If you go and ask the reason why the bill is so much, then they will say that's what it is. Their reasoning will always be unreasonable and you can't do anything about it. Try to live on the 2nd floor because if you live on the 1st floor there roof is very noisy. You will here the walking sound of 2nd floor and if there are small children then forget about getting any sleep or peace.

I totally agree... when we first signed our lease they lied and said that we had our own meter for the bill, only to find out that we have to share with the whole complex! The bills are outrageous and the office staff don't care once you sign that lease. I will be leaving once this year is over due to them lying about anything just to get one out of their office.
