I've lived here for a few months. The apartment is huge and clean. Everything worked well. The management team is excellent and professional and makes everything simple. As for socialization, I've never actually met my neighbors, maybe it's not that kind of building. The only real downside is how far it is to anything fun. The area is pretty much dead, unless you count grocery stores and pizza delivery.

As long as you're willing to commute for work and play, it's a great deal.
