Manager needs to be soft in manner/maintenance needs to be improved

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I stayed in this apartment nearly 1 year. Safetywise it is okay..
Maintenace point of view they are very poor, needs to improve the skill set/abilities of maintenance person..
My heater/AC was of very poor performance, I complained several times, each time she just open the therom static, do something on basement , then gave the remark everything is working fine...
Around 9 months of my stay, at last she only changed the thermo stat as that was the source of problem...
Maintenace fellows are not good at problem diagonize or solving
Apartment manager was very cruel while dealing with public but some of staff member like Sharon was very very helpful and co-ordial in manner....
