Maintenance is HORRIBLE

I have a winter car and a summer car... they decided to tow my summer car for no reason other than they felt like it.
NEVER salted the walks, I and all of my friends have slipped numerous times. I actually got stuck IN the parking lot at 2 in the afternoon. They RARELY plow the snow.
I really have no idea what the maintenance is even around for.
The office is no help, they just ignore any complaints and support their miserable work ethics saying they are working as hard as they can... right....
I am out as soon as my lease is up and will not be looking back. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
