I am about to move out of Lakeside Terraces after residing there for the past 3 1/2 years. The first year of my stay was actually quite nice and the office staff and maintenance response and repair time was wonderful. In the past two years dealing with the office had become a nightmare. I have had a continuous leak in the ceiling that took over a year and 1/2 to repair, the staff never placed the repair orders, the flooring throughout my unit was replaced without my permission or my knowledge. The refrigerator compressor failed and it was temporarily fixed, only to fail again while I was away for the weekend and I had to clean it out and replace everything. The office staff has changed hands so many times, every three months on average. I have resorted to dealing only with the office manager. I have received notices on my apartment door that are meant for other residents. I would never, I mean never recommend this complex to a potential renter.
