Its obvious these apartments are nice on first glance.

Not bad price for the area.

BUT, nothing is going to work for very long.

Lights all burn out due to bad wiring. Even using expensive lightbulbs that are guaranteed for 3 years, still burn out in under 2 months.

I have personally had to have service on the garbage disposal (fixed), doorbell (still not fixed), front door jam (not fixed yet), dryer (fixed, due to fire hazard, that was obvious, but still wasnt fixed upon move in), and toilet (fixed). This all happened in the 1st 6 months.

If you dont give them the "right to enter", you CANNOT schedule appointments for service. Their exact response was "...we will stop by at our convenience 3 times if no one is home. We will then terminate the work order."

So, I have to guess when they are coming, take time off of work, and hope they show.

This place is a joke. Avoid at all costs.
