We were paying $870 to live here and this might be the going rate to live in West Bloomfield, Troy, or Rochester, but not for Sterling Heights. The grounds were kept up nicely, but when it came to repairs it was a nightmare. The basketball net was broke for about 2 years, half of the equipment in the fitness room was broke, and worst of all my roommate made a few calls to have our furnace looked at and toilet fixed with no one ever coming out to fix either of them. Someone who worked there told me that they have over 100 vacancies and that management was restricted on what they could do because of the money they are out from all of these vacancies. Well hello regardless of how many vacancies you have you still have to follow the law. Finally, the bigest complaint that I heard from other renters was their arrogant attitude about them freely coming into your apartment to install items such a furnace filters. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I've been at Lakeside Terraces not just a few months but 5 years. I go to the Club House 5 days a week. All equipment is in perfect condition. They clean the club house every day!!! It's not smelly and has a beautiful view to the swimming pool na dto the lake. The basketball court has the net broke because kids vandalize, just because teens are not supervise by the parents. But they do fix things around. I'm please with the way things are very well maintained around here. I respect the Management and I think they are doing an excellent work. Other apartment complexes would charge you more for location and amenities. Actually in these 5 years I always review other aprtment complexes thinking I may move out. I didn't do it because I can't find this good price range for the services.
