this place is a mess. i have been late for work on several occations because of the sprinklers hitting my door let alone my car. i have also had to pay over 600 dollars in electricity bills to this place for only 4 months. Some how a two bed room apt. with one person can total up a 117 dollar electric bill in one month. i dont think so. this place is a joke! i would recommend that u do not move here!

I lived here for 5 years and I don't agree with you. This place is not a joke. It's serious and they care for things and their residents. If you don't adjust to the rules is good you find a place where you can be at ease...and probably one where they don't water the grass so you don't have excuses to be late to work!!!
