Unless it is major nothing gets fixed unless you go down to the office twice. On several occations I went to the office and work that wasn't done was listed as fixed. Maintenance use to fix everything within 48 hours. Also Sterling Hts. has an ordinance that any dwelling with more that 2 families cannot have barbeques. We've fought them off twice on this but it is only a matter of time before they make everyone remove them. After 13 years I am leaving.
