I lived at Lakeside Terraces for 5 years (since 2001) I really live here because I homeschooled my kids and I love it here. The location is the best you are close to everything and is still quiet here. I am sorry I have to move to Oakland County. Management is very friendly. I don't expect them to be "my personal friend" because they need to keep things straight and believe me they do that very well. Yes, the maintenance team may take a little long to come, but if you call and remind them again in a respectful way they will do what they have to do. I have no complaints. I would complaint about some tenants that break things around and don't care about keeping things as beautiful as the management do. I love Lakeside Terraces!! If you are a decent person, come and live here. Management is excellent. Price is great and the apartments have laundry in each unit.
