Nice apartments but i don't think that they are worth what you pay for them. Ceiling are thin becuase it sounds like i have a heard of elephants living above me. Called the office 3 times for bug problems and they have yet to this day came out and did anything about it. I can not even open my doorwall to get a breeze becuase there are atleast 30 box elder bugs on my screen that will end up in my apartment. It is gross and not fun when your daughter is afraid of bugs! Also, talked to my neighbor who said the same thing about the bug problem. He told me not to waste my time calling the office becuase they will do nothing. I will definetly be finding a new apartment complex when my lease is up,

Unfortuately there are some mothernature issues that are almost impossible to deal with those bugs are one of them, even the pest control companies will tell you that, they are a seasonal bug that comes only once a year and they come to the same place every year, I have tried and to tackle this problem but they still keep coming back. I did read on line this year that there is a spray that you can apply to the bldg and this may detour them so I will try it next fall and I hope it makes a difference this is a new treatment and I had to seak it out online myself. It's not because we don't care it is just mothernature, playing hard ball with us. We do send our pest control company out in spite of the less than favorable results, its just a battle we can't win, they are completly harmless and will go away in the late fall they come early fall and leave late fall hopefully this year spraying the bldg will do the trick.

bad thing is that i did not just have a couple---my whole screen was filled to where i could not even open my doorwall--- but after i went out and bought my own spray and sprayed the outside it helped reduce the amount of bugs that were on the screen but did not totally fixx the problem. i think that maybe a newsletter or something should be sent to the buildings that are complaining about the bugs so that the residents know that you are doing something.

That's how box elders are. I was in an apartment and had the same issue..I mean the track to my sliding door was filled with dead box elders..it was gross. They tried different things too but I guess that typical bug sprays don't work on those bugs. It was better in the winter.
