I lived at Lakeside Terraces last year and I loved it. I never had any problems. I only delt with one of the women in the office but she was great. When I signed, I even got my choice of a free room painted or pots and pans, etc. My rent was low for a 2 bedroom, and I'm sure the prices have even gone down since then. I actually think I only had to call maintenance once while I was there; they seemed like they were on top of things. Every place has their ups and downs (usually depending on neighbors!), but I was lucky to have great neighbors. I never once heard anything through the walls/floor. My neighbor used to tell me he would sometimes play his music loud...I would have never known! I wish I was back there because the apartment I'm in now is horrible! Nice pool, right on a little lake, access to major roads, close to lots of shopping/restaurants/etc, private enterances, covered parking included was a big plus! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
