They can never finish that construction project, ppl are stuck with no car ports, and management staff is extremely rude.
I moved out and never saw a penny of my security deposit. they want me to deal with the lawyer's office who never of my case. check this out: after they told me not to bother cleaning every tiny carpet stain they billed me $189 for carpet stains. My car repairs cost $500 for off-roading during "construction season" on laurel valley's premises.
