Now that the construction is over it is not so bad. Parking car ports are adequately marked. Makes it confusing for new residents. I have never had any serious problems with the Staff in the Leasing office, but I have heard that other tennants have had problems. My apartment is on the end and it is very drafty. Windows need better insulation. I wish the doors had screen doors attched. All in all I would rate my experience living there about a 8 1/2. Which is much better than Charter Square in Troy Michigan.
