We have lived at Laurel Vally for the past 2 yrs. Unfortunately we have had to move for a job relocation and we have been surprised at how much LV spoiled us.

Pros: The walls are thick. We never heard our neighbors above or beside us. The grounds are well-maintained. The sidewalks in the winter are always cleared and salted. The apts are clean and come with all amenities. The community is safe, well-lit and there is always a lady at the gate in the evenings. Our maintenence requests were always taken care of within 24 hrs. We loved the vanity area and the huge bathroom.

Cons: The construction period was rough, but it is now over. Compared to what the roads were before - it was well worth the wait.
