Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Sound insulation in these apartments was terrible. I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around or watching TV at night which was very annoying.
I once received a letter from management saying I hadn't paid the previous month's rent and my roommate and I had to provide copies of our cashed rent checks to prove to them that we had paid.
The grounds were nice and the apartment layout was great for me and my roommate since our bedrooms were not right next to each other and we didn't have to share a bathroom.
