Lawsuits galore

The management of this place is lawsuit happy. About 3 months before your lease expires, they hit you with a lawsuit for some frivolous issue. Then they don't renew your lease and file an eviction notice because of the pending lawsuit.
They did this to one of my neighbors a year ago; they hit her for making too much noise. She was retired; she was not making any noise. The neighbor was hit with one for having a dog (which is not permitted at Laurel Valley); she did not have a dog. Just recently, I was hit with one for essentially having a dirty sink.
They have been coming into my room without permission and without notice, taking pictures, leaving lights on, and even smoking in the room. And then they claim that I am a health hazard. They even want to evict before the court date for the hearing.
Just recently, there have been some break ins and a kidnapping on the property. The main drive through the complex has no sidewalks, so you have to walk in the road. There have been several times when I have almost hit someone that was walking in the middle of the road just around a curve. I have also been almost hit a couple of times.
Also of note: This is the same company (Dart Properties) that owns Oak Hill in Utica. I have been reading the notices for them, and they sound just like they could have happened at Laurel Valley. In fact, the assistant manager, who filed the complaint against me, transferred from Laurel Valley to Oak Hill last month. They are only 7 miles apart; they are built very much the same, and probably have the same style locks, so that means that the same master keys will work at both locations.
