Apartments are okay, but management is a hassel to deal with.

Laurel Valley Apartments is a decent community: no huge noise issues, safe, and otherwise okay. However, during the time that we lived there, the complex underwent a complete change in management. The new manager is shady and otherwise just a pain to deal with. We were charged a significant amount upon move-out to cover wear and tear and management refused to provide documentation required by law to justify the charge. Throughout the time we lived in the complex, we found that requests for service were repeatedly ignored, and the staff was quite accustomed to passing the buck.
The apartment was decent, but I would not recommend Laurel Valley just for the sheer hassel that the management gives its tenants.
