I had a wonderful experience living at Laurel Valley. I think that the negative comments posted on here are just typical apartment complaints that you would have at any apartment. The staff was very nice and handled maintenance in a very timly manner. The 2 times I had to call maintenance they arrived at my apartment within 1 hour and both times fixed the problem right away. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are excellent and very spacious. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great and the fact that we had 2 full bathrooms made life much easier. I only had 1 complaint in the 13 months that I lived there and that was my loud upstairs neighbors that had 4 children. They were very loud but after I filed a noise complaint, they quieted down. I felt very safe and loved my front porch. It was so relaxing to have a nice place to sit outside at my apartment. I couldn't ask for more. Now as I am apartment searching again in another city, I can't find anything that even compares to Laurel Valley. I would do anything to live there again, too bad it is too far away from my work, otherwise I would be there right now!!!
