It is a nice apartment, but staff...

I had a really nice apartment, however, when it came to Management, it was not as good.

I had a 13 month lease, in which I actually lived in the apartment maybe every other week-end, due to work, etc. I received a warning letter in the mail stating that I had loud noise, radios, tv's, arguing, running coming from my unit on a regular basis. Mind you, I was vever there or never owned a radio, in addition, never had company (when I was there on the week-ends). It was pathetic, I never even owned a radio in my car.

I went to Management regarding the letter, letting them know that it was not me. They stated that there was nothing that they could do, they had to go by what they were told.

I have never heard of such a thing, where anyone could put in a report about you just because, and nothing was ever investigated. I mean I was very upset by this.

The only thing that they could tell me was that they have to go by what they were told, and if they get another report that they would have to go with the eviction process, then from there...

I have never heard of such a thing. Even the neighbor below told me that he knew that it was not me and that he would let the staff know that it was not me, but the tenants that were next door to me upstairs. His statement to me was "for goodness sake, you're never even here." That was my point, but...

I would never choose to stay anywhere that I may possibly be evicted without any investigation.

I even contacted CORPORTATE, they stood by their Managers. This is not right.

Furthermore, the maitnenance staff is clueless.

If you have a perfect apartment, with nothing wrong, and you never have to contact Management for anything, then MOVE there and STAY for a very long time. But if from the beg. you see a couple of things that are wrong, turn your head and keep going. It is not worth it, you will not get anything done right.
