Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
1) Staff is rude and don't have a clue as to what is going on
2) Garbage is not cleared regularly
3) Open Dumpsters!!
4) Garbage is thrown around it by the staff/maintenance personnel
5) Poor upkeep
