Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
I lived here for three years, and was quite pleased with the community until they started to do all of the construction. As it happened, the staging point for the mess was where the old Volley Ball court was, by the stream... which was where my apartment faced. My husband had to have brain surgery in June, we found out of this in April and tried to work with the management to either get the pile of dirt moved or let us move... they were no help. As for the maintenance staff... they were great, they were quick and polite. One other problem we had was with the lack of control at the pools. The management had no authority over it... they let the kids from the high-rise next door swim all of the time. These kids were rude, discusting and not friendly. If you move in with a rental special, be prepared not to have it renewed when your year is up, your rent will go up to the normal price, no matter what the market holds.
