I had a very bad experience at Laurel Valley. The apartments themselves look nice, however, there are gapping holes where ever there are pipes allowing all of your neighbors smoke and food smells to penetrate and suffocate your apartment. The leasing people are rude and worthless. They know nothing other than what can be read from the lease. I broke my lease early due to unreasonable living conditions, paid the early termination fee and followed their guidelines. I'll be short and say this has been an on going battle even after I've been moved out for over a month. I would never recommend this place to anyone, although it looks nice, there are too many underlying issues at such an expensive price. If you do have any problems or questions, don't bother asking the management, they won't return phone calls or letters. Good luck if you live here and have any problems.
