Everything looks nice on the outside. The insides are done well, except for poor insulation. Your energy bills will be high for this place because the apartments cannot hold heat or cold. More spiders and rolly pollies than I have ever encountered inside my apartment. Made me pay $150 fee for being late on my payment that had been paid on time in their dropbox. Only paid it because my lawyer said it would be cheaper than fighting it.
