I have read the other reviews regarding Laurel Valley, I guess I understand apartment living, at one time or another you will have spiders and/or roly polies in your apartment. If you owned a home would you keep calling an exterminator or would you go and by a can of raid' And if you owned a home you would still hear your neighbors at one time or another. Who would you complain to then' And if you are late on your rent, you should pay a late fee, your mortgage company will charge you one as will your car note. I found the office staff to be helpful with my concerns and very pleasant. The maintenace staff was quick to respond to my requests. (How long do you think it would take for a plumber to arrive at your house' and the cost...) The grounds look very nice here, no trash blowing all over. I have recommended Laurel Valley to several of my friends and they are enjoying there stay here as well. If you don't understand apartment living, then you should buy a house or condo. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

you know, if you are such an understanding person, how come you posted anonymous? Sounds like management to me. And if you actually read what I said, I said I paid on time and they charged me a late fee....no mortgage company would do such a thing.

I agree with the other response. The review sounds like management trying to defend themselves. If I hired an exterminator to rid my house of spiders and other such bugs, as we did with the carpenter ants we had, I expect them to do what they said they'd do. And if they need to do a follow up visit then so be it. These people realize that we are the customer unlike management at Laurel Valley.
