this is my 2nd year living here, i cant wait til my lease is up in nov. 09. that seems like such a long time away, the manager is terrible, staff is alway rude, no matter what time or day you talk to them. i recently complained about a noisy neighbor, a staff member named " ROBIN" answered my call, and when i told her about the problem, she laughed at me, and said that it was hard to believe that the music, and t.v. volume were that loud. so she said they cant do anything about it, to "just live with it". so i told her that if they dont do something about it, i was going to call the police. again she just laughed. so i had called the headquarters for laurel valley, next door to them, and left a message for the manager to call me immediatly, which she never did. i wrote a letter to them, and just got a terrible and nasty response back from her. i have had it with this ------- complex

Thanks for sharing this information! I was in the process of moving to Laurel Valley and this came just in time. I am familiar with the staff member you are referring to and I asked her if noise was a problem. She stated that it was not a problem and if anything occurred ....they would address the issue. Thank You So Much!
