Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, nothing of note happened while I lived there. I wasn't impressed with the noisy tenants and the parking problem. Alot of people, being lazy, would park in the fire lane rather than have to walk a distance and park legally. I wasn't impressed with the ice that would form in the winter and how no one would really salt.

Not a bad experience. Office staff was pleasant.
